Here at Utopia we use the online booking system Ovatu, this system will send you a reminder 48 hrs before your appointment, if you are unable to make your appointment please use this reminder to call, message or or text to let us know.

* Missed appointments
Failure to cancel an appointment and/or no shows will require a booking fee to book your next appointment, in the event that there are multiple missed appointments or no shows you may be required to pay in full for the missed appointment or may be unable to book any future appointments with us.

* Late arrivals
Please note that any lateness over 15 minuets may result in the appointment not being able to go ahead and need to be rescheduled.

We do appreciate that it isn't always possible to give 48 hours notice, and we will apply discretion when considering whether or not to impose the booking fee.
But if you could please let is know as soon as possible as it gives us more chance to fill that appointment slot.
We are all self employed, so any last minuet cancelations and especially no shows cost us.
